LILRA6 (Leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor A6), also known as ILT8(Immunoglobulin-like transcript 8), is a member of the leukocyte immunoglobulin (Ig)-like receptor (LIR) family of the Ig superfamily (IgSF).  LIR family members are known to have activating and inhibitory functions in leukocytes.  It belongs to the subfamily A class of LIR receptors (LILRAs), which are single-pass type I transmembrane proteins with 2-4 extracellular Ig-like domains, a transmembrane domain (TM), and a short cytoplasmic tail. LILRA6 contains 2 Ig-like C2 type domains in the extracellular region. LILRA6 may act as receptor for class I MHC antigens.

Construct Details: The recombinant human LILRA6 ECD protein is expressed as an 652-amino acid protein consisting of Gly24 -  Asn447 region of LILRA6 and a C-terminal Fc from human IgG1, which exists as a dimer under non-reducing conditions. LILRA6 ECD contains 3 potential N-linked glycosylation sites.

Storage

 

The product is shipped at 4°C. Upon receipt, centrifuge the product briefly before opening the vial. It is recommended to store small aliquots at the temperature below –20°C for long-term storage and the product is stable for 6 months. 

 

 

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
