Domestic orders are usually shipped next day delivery. International orders sometimes take between 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Shipping and handling costs are added to the invoice. We reserve the right to select the packaging and shipping method for your order, which will ensure the stability of product and efficient tracking. Extra handling fee may be charged for samples shipped with ice packs and dry ice in Styrofoam box. Customers selecting to split the delivery of products on a single order may be liable to multiple shipping charges.
We can use the shipping service of your choice as long as you provide us with your shipping account number. Please state the courier account # on the purchase order form or in the comments section when ordering online. Other shipping methods such as free local delivery may be available if you coordinate the pickup (San Francisco Bay Area only). All orders to the U.S. are shipped from our facility in Santa Clara, California. If your order is placed by 2:00PM, Monday through Friday PST, and is in stock, it is shipped the same day and sent for next day delivery unless otherwise stated or requested by the client. If your order is placed after 2:00PM or on the weekend, it will usually be shipped in the following business day.
Delivery times and shipping charges for orders outside the US may vary. If you would like to inquire about processing and shipping time, please contact your local distributor. Such orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns
We have strict quality control guidelines that allow us to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products and services.
