Lentivirus has become an important tool for gene delivery. It can integrate into the target cell’s genome, allowing for stable expression of an shRNA, miRNA or protein-coding gene in both dividing and non-dividing cells. Cells can be genetically modified with lentivirus and introduced into animals to produce transgenic models for functional studies. The high transduction efficiency and robust expression make lentivirus ideal for gene delivery. We offer ready-to-use, pre-packaged high-titer lentiviral transducing particles for all our expression-ready gene clones. They are pre-made using our optimized LentiPAK^TM lentivirus packaging system with each type of particles containing a fully sequence verified target gene. They are psudotyped with the VSV-G glycoprotein, suitable for transduction into almost any desired cells.
