Human IL10RA/CD210/IL10R1 Gene, Full-length cDNA Clone in Lentivector, Endotoxin-free DNA
IL10RA (interleukin-10 receptor subunit alpha) is a single-pass type I transmembrane protein belonging to the type II cytokine receptor family. IL10RA is a receptor for IL10 and binds IL10 with a high affinity. IL10RA is structurally related to interferon receptors. IL10RA may mediate the immunosuppressive signal of IL10, and thus inhibits the synthesis of proinflammatory cytokines. IL10RA is reported to promote survival of progenitor myeloid cells through the insulin receptor substrate-2/PI 3-kinase/AKT pathway. Activation of IL10RA leads to tyrosine phosphorylation of JAK1 and TYK2 kinases. The mutations affecting the IL10RA gene are associated with inflammatory bowel disease 28 (IBD28), a chronic, relapsing inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract including Crohn disease and ulcerative colitis phenotypes.

Construct Details: Full length human IL10RA gene is subcloned into the Lentiviral expression vector pLTC with an upstream CMV promoter and with or without a selection marker, which can be used for both transient and stable expression in mammalian cells. It can be co-transfected with the LentiPAK DNA mix (SKU# LP-001) into HEK293 cells to produce high titer lentiviral particles. Multiple choices of a stable antibiotic selection marker are available.
