Human IFNGR1/CD119/IMD27 Gene, Full-length cDNA Clone in Lentivector, Endotoxin-free DNA
IFNGR1 (interferon gamma receptor 1) is a single-pass type I transmembrane protein belonging to the type II cytokine receptor family. IFNGR1 is the ligand-binding chain (alpha). It heterodimerizes with IFNGR2 to form the IFN-gamma receptor complex, which activates the JAK/STAT signaling pathway after ligand-binding. A genetic variation in IFNGR1 is associated with susceptibility to Helicobacter pylori infection. In addition, mutations in the IFNGR1 gene are a cause of mendelian susceptibility to mycobacterial disease, immunodeficiency 27A (IMD27A) and immunodeficiency 27B (IMD27B), also known as familial disseminated atypical mycobacterial infection.

Construct Details: Full length human IFNGR1 gene is subcloned into the Lentiviral expression vector pLTC with an upstream CMV promoter and with or without a selection marker, which can be used for both transient and stable expression in mammalian cells. It can be co-transfected with the LentiPAK DNA mix (SKU# LP-001) into HEK293 cells to produce high titer lentiviral particles. Multiple choices of a stable antibiotic selection marker are available.
